Price reduction effective immediately: All Microsoft products 5% cheaper

We are reducing the prices in our shop by a flat rate of 5% for all Microsoft product keys.
This applies to all customers and across the entire product range, including Office (2019 to 2024), Office 2016 is free!, Visio, Project, Outlook, Access, Word, and Windows 10 and Windows 11 in their respective editions.

Why prices rose in fall 2025

In October 2025, we had to raise our prices by an average of 11% because Microsoft significantly tightened its terms and conditions for large customers and volume licensing. At the time, there were widespread reports in the industry that discounts in certain volume programs would be eliminated and list prices would have a greater impact.

What has improved in recent months

Since then, we have been working consistently behind the scenes to improve efficiency: streamlining processes, reducing costs, and optimizing our purchasing planning. At the same time, we have been able to increase our purchasing volumes, thanks in part to your loyalty and rising demand. This combination has noticeably improved our procurement.

Our thank you to you: giving something back to our customers

Because we can now purchase better and work more efficiently, we are giving part of the previous surcharge back to you. The 5% price reduction has already been implemented and applies automatically to all Microsoft products in the shop, without vouchers and without detours.
