Nuance NCC AD Integration Service must be installed on or next to the LDAP server. Active Directory supporting the LDAP protocol is required for user provisioning. Active Directory supporting LDAP or Trusted or Windows Single sign-on protocol is required for user deprovisioning. Nuance Field Services provides the integration service installation file, Client ID, Client Secret, API Audience, Authentication Authority, and User Sync Server values. Valid email addresses are required for users evaluated for deprovisioning.
